A BIg Vision

The Generations Project is a significant part of the bigger vision we have here at Lynwood to Engage all people to Experience Christ and Equip them for Life.

We see this new building expansion as an opportunity for God to grow our faith as we trust Him to use us in ways we never expected.

The Goal

Expanded Eating Space

Large (est. 3,800 sq ft) commons area creates the ability for 2 groups to eat simultaneously. The current fellowship hall will hold around 220 people while the new commons area will also hold around 220 people.

Expanded Foyer Stairwell

A wider centralized stairwell that eliminates bottleneck and allows for simpler building navigation for our members and guests.

Multi-Purpose Space

Large (est. 9,900 sq ft) space that could be used as a gym, conference venue, eating space, ministry games, or even an additional worship venue. This new space would seat approximately 450 people.

Expanded LCA
Space

With the added classrooms, Lynwood Christian Academy will be able to house 2 classes of each grade level through the 8th grade.

Expanded Kitchen
Space

With an additional 400 sq ft, along with a re-design of the layout, the kitchen will allow for expanded serving and meal preparation capabilities.

Expanded Access
Space

A large (3,200 sq ft) dedicated space for Access provides the specialized location needed to not only maintain the current ministry, but provides ability for growth.

Church Education Space

This expansion includes 7 spaces that could potentially be used for adult LifeGroup rooms on the first floor. There are also 8 multi-purpose classrooms upstairs, which could be used from older kids up through senior adults.
