Forerunners is our ministry with a focus to engage all senior adults to experience Christ in community and to equip them to leave a faith legacy for generations to come.

The age of our group is around 55 and up. We are an active and committed fellowship of believers in Christ who want to continue to bring glory to God through our lives. Forerunners have a lot to share and give to those who follow.
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus…” Hebrews 12:1-2

ForeRunner Trip to
Discovery Park of America
​​​Tuesday, October 1
Join the ForeRunners for a trip to Discovery Park of America in Union City, Tennessee! Enjoy a 100,000-square-foot interactive museum and 50-acre heritage park, followed by an all-you-can eat meal at Boyette’s Dining Room at Reelfoot Lake. All ages are welcome!
The trip cost is $55.00 per person, and includes admission, supper, and transportation on the church buses. Participants are responsible for lunch at Discovery Park and any special attractions selected.
Registration will close on Sunday, September 22, or once all spots are filled, whichever occurs first.
ForeRunner Trip to
Mark Lowery Concert
Saturday, October 19
Join the ForeRunners at the Mark Lowery and Friends concert in Fredericktown, MO! The event will include performances by Mark Lowery, Endless Highway, and The Sound. All ages are welcome!
The trip cost is $35.00 per person, and includes admission and transportation on the church buses.
Registration will close on Sunday, October 13, or once all spots are filled, whichever occurs first.
Monthly Luncheons
Each month at the Forerunner luncheon, Senior Adults enjoy Christian fellowship and a meal. The luncheon is always on a Tuesday and begins at 11:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Registration is required.

Attendees are asked to bring a dish to share, based on the initial of their last name. The schedule changes monthly.
September Luncheon & Indoor Carnival
Join us for carnival food, games, & prizes!
Attendees don't have to bring anything this month.
The ministry will provide entree, chips, beverages, & dessert.
However, registration is required by September 12.
