In Nicaragua we partner with BMDMI and Hope for Nicaragua to send teams to meet the physical needs of underserved people by providing medical, dental, and optometry services where it may otherwise be inaccessible.
While on the ground in Nicaragua, mission teams setup and operate free medical clinics in a particular village that has been assigned and prepared by our partners at BMDMI. Residents of the village are invited to receive medical care and other services free of charge. For many, these services are life-giving and life-saving as they may not otherwise have access to them. While at the clinic, residents hear the Gospel and are invited to express faith in Christ and to grow in relationship with them. When the team leaves, those served are invited to connect to a local church.
By caring for the physical needs of people in Nicaragua, Lynwood is committed to a continued partnership with BMDMI in Nicaragua that glorifies God and cares for people there.
Lynwood also partners with BMDMI to conduct similar mission work in Honduras.
The next scheduled trip to Nicaragua will occur August 1-8, 2020.
